Hubert The Second is almost mine!

My little blue prince is almost mine.
The bank approved the loan, and as soon as the car insurance comes through, he becomes my property. =D

I have only test-driven my blue-beauty, but I miss him! It was love at first sight.

My mother thinks I am crazy for calling my car a boy. But that's just the way it is.

This whole process has just been super-annoying, but I guess it will be all worth it when it's all done. =)

I hate money.

I hate that I don't have enough of it. I wish I could just win the lottery.
All of my problems would be totally solved.
Whoever said that money can't buy you happiness was WAY wrong, okay?
They are full of bullshit.
I would be SO happy if I had money.

Good news is, I got my license. That's about the only good news I have for you right now.

I'm glad it didn't happen to me, hahaha

So, this summer, Crystal and I are going to Ireland together.
...Or at least that's what I thought until she booked her flight an entire month earlier than when she should have.
Don't you just hate pesky drop-down menus? When you think you clicked one option, but really you clicked something completely different.
Oh well, with a simple payment of like $50, she should have it fixed. Unless she forgot... Then it's "Have fun in Ireland for a month without me, Crystal!"

I really shouldn't make fun of her so much, it could have just as easily happened to me, but seriously, it's funny.
Well, it is to me, anyway.

In other news, I chopped about 6-7 inches off of my hair. I miss it. But according to my mom it looked like a horses mane. (Thanks mom, you are so loving.)
According to everyone who has seen it, it looks good. So I guess I will have to believe them, and stop mourning the loss of my locks.

Also, one of my best friends moved to Scotland today. I am going to try to visit her this summer when I go to Europe, but I am going to miss her like crazy. I wish her the best of luck.

Annnnnd sometime this week, I will be getting my driver's license, and then getting a car. EXCITING RIGHT?!

Anyways, this blog entry seems weird to me. Maybe because there isn't many sarcastic jokes, and there's really no stories of MY bad luck. Ah well. You win some, you lose some.

I need sleep. I only got 3 hours last night. And I have to drive to Edmonton tomorrow. Which I guess is really today? Whatever, it doesn't matter. The point is, I am going to bed. Sorry to the 3 people who read my blog for not updating for a while. I just haven't had anything interesting to say. I'll update more often. Goodnight =)

PS;
Thanks to Lita again, who did an awesome job on my layout again. <3

Oh JoBros... GET OUT OF MY HEAD!

I've decided that just because I can't find it, I shouldn't be bitter about love. I seem to have the worst luck in love and relationships, but I guess that will make it all worthwhile when I finally do find the right person.

Anyway, enough about that...
Don't you guys just love my new layout? All thanks goes to Lita (www.litajohnson.com), who created it. She even put it up for me, because when it comes to HTML, I am completely useless. So, thank you, Lita! I love it =)

Now it's time to tell you about my wonderful day so far... Let's just start of by saying the weather is a complete mess today. I woke up to find that some sort of rain/snow mixture had fallen, and the temperature was about 5 degrees (celcius, if there is any confusion there...), so it is a wet, sloshy mess outside. Since the weather was so gross, I decided I would take the bus down to work, you know, so as to not get my shoes and socks completely soaked by walking down. But guess what! My bus never came. I waited at the stop for 15 minutes, and it never showed up. So, I had to walk down to work. Of course.

As I walked, I could feel the water soak into my shoes more and more with every step I took. It was magical! (and by that, I mean cold, and disgusting.) To make matters worse, a nice big yellow school bus drove by (quite fast, might I add...), and the roadslush flew up from underneath it's tires like a beautiful brown wave. And where is this mini-wave of greatness headed? In my general direction, obviously. I was lucky enough to have some of this sloshymess grace my presence (and my coat...). You're all jealous, aren't you? I know I would be. But don't worry, it didn't end up being too bad.

I then had breakfast with Shaggy, which was awesome, because it always is. So nothing really went wrong there, other than the fact that I didn't win anything on my "roll up the rim to win" cup. But that's to be expected. I can't remember the last time I won anything.

After breakfast, I go to work to find that the daytime concession person has called in sick, and instead of opening Outtakes like I usually do, I had to open concession. Goody! (for those who don't know... I loathe working at our concession...)

To make matters worse, I can't get the Jonas Brothers out of my head.
Someone needs to put me out of my misery.
